New Season, Let’s Go!

Here we are once more, at the start of a new season of English and European football. Once more Mr NumberNine and The Fool don the headsets and pick up the microphones to give you all more of their... vast(?) knowledge of the beautiful game. This is the start of the 10th season, and we start as we always do, with a look over the activity of each Premier League team during the European summer. Mr NumberNine and The Fool go through each team and give them each the expected end of season rank, as well as some thoughts on how well they will do and what players they need in the rest of the transfer window.
 
There is also the new season of the Fantasy Premier League ready for registration.
The Draft League

The Cricket Test Championship Update Podcast

The NineSixFourTwo podcast is back after a long and unintended hiatus! MrNumberNine and The Fool have finally managed to record a podcast for your listening pleasure. This time round we have a look into the world of cricket, and mostly the Test World Championship, which has the final for season 2 coming up between Australia and India. The pair also look forward to the next season of the championship, and how that might shake out. They also preview the upcoming ODI world cup in India

The WahWahs and The Blues

Mr NumberNine and The Fool have another podcast, and this time they are looking at some oval ball codes. Specifically NRL and Super Rugby, with some future look to the Rugby World Cup later this year. A Month of Happenings

A new month, a new podcast, and what a month we have had. Mr NumberNine and The Fool look back on the month of February in the Premier league and elsewhere in Europe, as well as casting their eyes forward into the future to see how each league might shape up heading towards the end of the year and the title.
Then there was Manchester City, and the drama that unfolded early in the month. Mr NumberNine and The Fool give their opinion on the Manchester City charges and what they think should happen to the club.

The January Transfer Window

The NineSixFourTwo duo of Mr NumberNine and The Fool are back! Whilst it is a little late, the latest podcast is out and it covers the happenings during the January Transfer window. It was recorded just mere days after the window closed, but due to some technical difficulties it hasn't managed to be released until now (you can still hear some of the technical difficulties had during the podcast sadly).
 
In any case, in this podcast Mr NumberNine and The Fool discuss the transfer window for each Premier League team, look at the big movements and important signings and then give the team a grade on how well the pair think the went for the club, in the context of how that club will change their fortunes.

Welcome back to the new year, and NineSixFourTwo has another podcast. This is our annual year in review podcast, just a little bit late. In this podcast NumberNine and The Fool look back on the year that was 2022 and all the great sporting moments that happened. From the FIFA world cup in Qatar, to Rugby World Cup 2021, Euros and the lionesses, Bazball, Major League Cricket and more!
One thing that was certain about last year was the rise of Women's sport, so we also discuss the future for women's sport and how the teams are carving out their own unique identities that are resonating with the sporting public.
