A new year, but one final podcast from last year (well nearly) from Mr NumberNine and The Fool. In this podcast, recorded in the final days before the end of 2021, we look back over the year and discuss our top 10 sporting people and moments for 2021.

In this podcast the pair look over the rest of the December fixtures, and then the crazy 4 games in 10 days that may decide the direction of the title race.

NumberNine and The Fools Fantasy Cricket Draft

Welcome back NineSixFourTwo fans! This podcast has NumberNine and the Fool draft 2 competing test cricket teams, but instead of using actual cricket players with actual cricket skills, NumberNine and The Fool are drafting non-cricketing sport stars.
The rules are as follows:
Can only pick one sports person from any sport (If a football player is picked, that person can no longer pick any other football players)
Special rule if a multisport athlete is picked as the all rounder , any sport they have played at a high level can no longer be picked. If Multisport legend Jim Thorpe is picked, then that person can no longer pick a track and field, pentathalon, american football, baseball, or basketball player in any position. 
If picking E-Sports players, then the whole franchise is removed (i.e. picking an Age of Empires 2 player removes all Age of Empires franchise game players)
E-Sports players picked as an all-rounder remove all game franchises they are known for
No restriction on the coaches regarding coaches 
The Fool gets to start and makes his #1 pick, then NumberNine picks his #1, then back to The Fool and so on
If a sports person gets picked, the other side cannot pick them
Each team must also nominate a captain and explain why
Picks  #1 - 5 are the batters (explain what attributes you think these players bring)
Pick #6 is the all rounder
Pick #7 is the wicketkeeper
Pick #8-#11 are bowlers and can be decided on what sort of bowler (spin vs pace) as well as any other attributes they will bring
Pick #12 is the choice for a coach

T20 World Cup Review Podcast

NumberNine and The Fool are back with another podcast! This time they are looking back over the just finished ICC T20 World Cup, heroically won by Australia over NZ. The dynamic duo reflect on that final match, looking at how well Australia did to win it and where NZ went wrong. They also review each team in the Super 8's performance in the tournament, and predict how well they might do in the next world cup in Australia in 2022. Lastly the pair also look at the current NZ tour of India and the first test match in Kanpur. 

T20 World Cup Final Preview Live Podcast

NumberNine and The Fool were back and Live last night with a Live Podcast on our discord. The two previewed tomorrow night's ICC T20 World Cup Final between New Zealand and Australia. Now, for your viewing pleasure, that livecast is now available for all. 
NumberNine and The Fool also veered off into tangents around the nature of T20's, franchise leagues and other cricket related topics.

T20 World Cup - NZ vs Afg Build Up Live Podcast

NumberNine and The Fool had a live podcast in the build up to the final NZ pool game vs Afghanistan at the ICC T20 world cup. In this podcast the boys discussed the game, the tournament so far and other wider ranging details in the cricketing world. Subjects other than this T20 World Cup included some debates around T20's themselves, the qualifying for next years T20 world cup in Australia (maybe), as well as the next Test Championship and NZ chances to retain their title.

ICC T20 World Cup Kits and Super 12‘s Preview

This week NumberNine and The Fool have a look at the ICC T20 World Cup in the UAE. The tournament has just started the Super 12 round, so the pair have decided to have a look at each group of six teams. In addition, they have also done a ranking on each team's kit. 

Seven Weeks In and Seven weeks ahead

NumberNine and The Fool are back once again, this time with a traditional EPL and Champions League podcast. In this episode the pair dive deep into the champions league fixtures, the fates of the big 6 (and Spurs and Arsenal) and the bottom 4 teams.

The Rise of Newcastle and the Power of Money

Here are NumberNine and The Fool with another episode, a bit late but better than never! This time the dynamic duo have their take on the latest hot topic, the purchase of Newcastle United football club by a consortium headed up by the Saudi Public Investment Fund. The two delve into other large purchases of football clubs, including Sheikh Mansour's purchase of Manchester City, and of course Roman Abramovich's  purchase of Chelsea back in 2003.

The Start of the EPL and the End of Arsenal.

Since we have had the international break, NumberNine and The Fool have a look over the first 3 games of the English Premier League. They discuss the big transfer moves at the end of the transfer window; Lukakku to Chelsea and the return of CR7 to ManUtd. Next a long discussion is also had over manager styles and if Arsenal can be saved. Then there is a brief look at AS Roma and how Jose Mourinho is doing, before the final segment looking at the group stage draw for the Champions league
